The open concept living space on the main floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a 2nd oven with a convection cooking option. The kitchen is supplied with all appliances, including a dishwasher, electric range, microwave oven and refrigerator. This home offers the option of a Keurig Coffee Maker or a standard Drip Coffee Maker. A coffee grinder and a French Press are stocked as well. The dining table offers wonderful scenic views and seating for 8.

The living room is equipped with two couches and a flat screen Smart-TV, DirecTV, DVR and wireless speaker with voice assistant. The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service. The large outdoor deck has a picnic table, a gas BBQ, and Adirondack chairs for viewing beautiful sunsets overlooking the Bay. There is not an Air Conditioning unit in this home, as the ocean breeze and a few open windows (screened in) are more than enough to cool the home down on even the warmest summer day. (Living room fireplace as shown in the photos is not for guests to use)

This home is equipped with King-sized beds in each bedroom (4 King beds total, 1 in each bedroom). The first bedroom is found on the main-floor, with a Full bathroom adjacent (double sinks, toilet, combo tub/shower). The remaining 3 bedrooms are located in the downstairs of the home accessed by the staircase in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed, and share access to the 3/4 newly-remodeled bathroom. (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). Two of the downstairs bedrooms have their own door to the outside.

Just a 5 minute drive, or about a 15-minute walk, from scenic and historic Roche Harbor, which offers restaurants, a grocery store, and a variety of shops and tourist sites. Because of some of its unique plant life, Westcott Bay is one of the few environmentally protected bays left on San Juan Island. That means the bay has no commercial marinas, making it free from major boat gas and oil pollution. This is one of the reasons Westcott Bay is one of the leading producers of clams and oysters, which are abundant and easily obtainable when the tide is out. There is a commercial oyster farm at the end of Westcott Bay Road just a short drive away, where you can purchase freshly farmed Westcott Bay oysters! Another unique characteristic of this property is the close proximity to endless amounts of trails to hike in the National Park of English Camp. Visitors are very likely to see other local wildlife from this property, including, bald eagles, deer, foxes, otters, pelicans and owls, to name just a few.
