Living & Relaxing: The heart of the house is the inviting and light-filled living and dining area with direct access to the terrace. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and creates a comfortable atmosphere for North Sea evenings.

Sleeping & Relaxing: The house features a total of three separate bedrooms. All windows are equipped with exterior roller shutters—for optimal blackout and a restful night’s sleep.

Outdoor Area with Panoramic Views: An absolute highlight is the fenced-in garden with a south-facing terrace. Enjoy the unobstructed view directly of the Siel—the perfect place to unwind.

Comfort on One Level: All living and sleeping areas are located on the ground floor. Features & Highlights: 93 m² of living space, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cosy wood-burning stove, 2 private parking spaces right next to the house, lockable storage room for bicycles.

Sehr gemütliche und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Siel und die Felder. Nur 10 Minuten am Siel entlang und durch den Park zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sie definitiv nochmal buchen!
