For your convenience, there are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and a coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for video calls and remote work. A fan is also provided. The gîte is on one level and easily accessible. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
Outside, enjoy your own private garden and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing in nature.
Parking is available directly on the property.
Your hosts live on site but ensure your privacy with a separate accommodation. The village, 2 km away, offers a grocery store, a bar, and several restaurants. Bergerac is 20 km away and Bordeaux is about an hour’s drive.
Pets may be accepted upon prior agreement with the hosts, as other animals live on the property and it is not fenced.
