Located in a small quiet hamlet but 2 minutes by car from the small town of Mussidan with its four supermarkets, banks, cafes and restaurants. The park of the house is fenced and private like the swimming pool secured by a fence and a gate. There is a ground floor bedroom with a large bed and on the mezzanine a large bed and a single bed. A large shower room is separate from the toilet. You have a barbecue to fully enjoy the great outdoors and nature. The cottage is air conditioned.
