About this property

Luxury thatched house with 35m2 indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna near Hamburg

Be our guests and feel completely at home! Enjoy your stay in our recently modernized (April 2026), 320 sqm, absolutely luxurious thatched-roof house.

The house features 7 bedrooms, two cozy living rooms, two modern high-end kitchens, and 4 stylish bathrooms. For relaxation and fun, you’ll find a spacious 35 sqm indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub (wood-fired bathing barrel), indoor and outdoor saunas, as well as a large garden with a generous sand play area (approx. 10 tons of sand) and a private football (soccer) field. A brand-new 4.27 m trampoline has also been added.

If you’re arriving with an electric car, you can conveniently charge it at our charging stations at the standard electricity rate (2.3–22 kW).

The location is also very convenient: Hamburg Central Station can be reached in about 25 minutes by train or 20–30 minutes by car. The nearest train station is Ashausen, just 3–5 minutes away. The Lüneburg Heath is only about 20 minutes away, and the Elbe river with its sandy beach can be reached in just 5–10 minutes.

Towels and bed linen can be provided for a small additional fee—just let us know a few days before your arrival.

A security deposit of €500 is required and can be paid in advance via bank transfer, in cash, or by credit card on the day of arrival.

Wir waren als zweite Gäste mit 15 Personen in diesem wunderschön renovierten Ferienhaus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail von Sebastian und Julia. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, frisch renoviert und sehr sauber, innen wie außen.Besonders schön war der gepflegte Pool und der neue Grill draußen. Im Haus gibt es zudem eine Sauna und draußen entsteht aktuell noch ein weiterer Saunabereich, was zeigt, dass hier mit viel Herzblut weitergebaut wird. Noch ist nicht alles ganz fertig, aber genau das zeigt auch das große Potenzial der Unterkunft.Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei was überhaupt kein Problem war. Das Grundstück ist schön eingezäunt und damit ideal für Hunde und auch für Kinder.Sebastian und Julia waren jederzeit sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat oder Fragen aufkamen haben sie sich sofort gekümmert. Der herzliche Kontakt hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm gemacht.Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.
