Der Baltische Hof ist in jeder Hinsicht eine gute Wahl, sowohl was die Qualität des Quartiers, als auch die günstige Lage betrifft. Wenn meine Frau, unsere Hündin und ich dorthin fahren, dann ist es jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen, inklusive Schmetterlinge im Bauch! Die dort in der Nähe betreffende Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Cafés, Eisdielen und sonstige Angebote) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Was mich aber etwas an (vielleicht nur wenigen?) Gästen ärgert ist die Tatsache, dass offenbar sehr grobmotorisch und rücksichtslos mit den Möbeln und Räumlichkeiten umgegangen wird. Überall an Wänden, sogar der Zimmerdecke der wunderschönen Wohnung Nr. 68 sind Abschabungen und Beschädigungen hinterlassen worden, und das nach nur einem Jahr. Wir hatten diese Wohnung auch schon 2025. Ich verstehe das deshalb nicht, weil die Raumverhältnisse doch sehr großzügig und einesfalls beengt sind.
