Residenz Ostseewind WE 25: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern, beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 28 m²) on the ground floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The floors are covered with high-quality tiles featuring an elegant wood-grain finish. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies and seniors.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, and a sideboard.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service interruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and another TV.

The pull-out sofa bed (190 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third is provided by the pull-out sofa bed (190 cm x 200 cm) in the living room. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains and blinds.

The bright and modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a floor-level, senior-friendly entry, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, and a towel radiator.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 300 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 25) directly in front of the apartment building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate indoor bike storage room within the complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

The “Classic Cafe Röntgen,” located in the same building, offers you the chance to start your day with a hearty breakfast, or you can pick up fresh-from-the-oven rolls to enjoy in your apartment. At several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you can treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
