Welcome to our exclusive “Holiday Rental 1” at “Haus Dünenblick.” As the name suggests, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque dune landscape here. This high-quality accommodation is located in the beautiful Pirolatal valley on Langeoog and is perfect for a relaxing holiday for up to five people. A lovely southwest-facing terrace and a balcony with panoramic views invite you to enjoy some relaxing downtime.

The duplex apartment in this quietly located end-of-row house spans 75 m² and extends over two floors (ground floor and upper floor). On the lower floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a cosy couch corner, TV, Blu-ray player, and hi-fi system. The integrated modern kitchen—featuring an induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, among other amenities—as well as a dining area with a magnificent view of the garden provide the perfect setting for spending time together. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, covered, and furnished southwest-facing terrace. You’ll find another spot to relax in the adjacent private garden, complete with sun loungers.

A spiral staircase leads to the two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a small sitting area. This room stands out thanks to its panoramic window front offering a breathtaking view of the Langeoog dunes. From the adjoining furnished balcony, enjoy the fresh air and the scenery, including beautiful sunrises—you can even hear the sea roaring from here! The other bedroom, facing the garden, features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a children’s bed (120 x 70 cm) for our young North Sea holidaymakers. Insect screens in both rooms allow for comfortable ventilation and an undisturbed night’s sleep. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable small double bed (160 x 200 cm) and provides an additional sleeping space.

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom upstairs—featuring a roomy walk-in shower, toilet, and sink—along with the additional guest bathroom downstairs, enhance your comfort and make daily bathroom routines more relaxing.

For our younger guests, the family-friendly “Holiday Apartment 1” is equipped with a high chair, a cot, a stair gate, a bed rail, outlet covers, and some toys as standard amenities.

Free Wi-Fi is available. A selection of books, CDs, and board games provides additional entertainment.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation. You’re welcome to bring your dog(s) (max. 2).

General Information: In the entryway, you’ll find a convenient storage room equipped with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, a high chair, and sand toys. A private washing machine is available in the guest bathroom. This is a smoke-free property.

At “Haus Dünenblick,” you’ll enjoy a holiday in a beautiful, unspoiled natural setting right on the Pirolatal on Langeoog. The quiet, beachfront, yet central location offers you all the amenities for a relaxing stay on this car-free North Sea island.

Langeoog impresses with a wide, 14-kilometer-long white sandy beach and wonderful swimming opportunities. Water sports enthusiasts will also find perfect conditions on the island year-round for surfing, kitesurfing, or paddling. It’s just a 5-minute walk (or a 2-minute bike ride) to the popular “Gerk sin Spoor” beach access point with its colourful beach chairs in the summer.
The charming viewpoint “former maritime rescue observation station,” with its breathtaking panoramic view of the North Sea, dunes, Wadden Sea, and the silhouette of Langeoog, is practically “right on your doorstep” (about a 4-minute walk). From there, you can reach the beach in about another 5 minutes.

You can quickly reach the charming island town centre—with plenty of shopping options, lovely restaurants, and cosy cafés—by bike (3 minutes) or comfortably on foot (about 14 minutes).

The seawater water park, which features a water slide and sauna for swimming fun and wellness, is also within walking distance of the house (about 14 minutes).
