The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 elegant bedrooms on the first floor, each furnished with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. On the ground floor there is an additional separate guest WC.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the sunny Istrian climate, highlighted by a generous 40 m² swimming pool with an integrated whirlpool. A unique highlight is the sunken seating lounge beside the pool, separated by a glass wall that offers a direct view into the pool, creating a stylish and relaxing atmosphere.
