Hello and a warm welcome. We’re delighted to welcome you to our apartment building. Our holiday rental is the ideal place to stay for guests looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, while still appreciating its central location. The Fokko holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our building. This bright and cosy apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed: 200x90 mattress; 2 single beds: 200x90 mattress), a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A free parking space and Wi-Fi are available. Costs and Additional Services: The North Sea Card tourist tax (not included in the rental price) is levied by the city of Norden and must be paid in cash on-site to the landlord. Final cleaning is included in the total price. Bed linens (10 euros per person), towels (5 euros per person), travel cots (10 euros), and high chairs (5 euros) can be provided upon request for a one-time fee (not included in the total price). One dog is welcome (50 euros per stay).

Information about the area
The coastal towns of Norddeich (7 minutes), Neßmersiel (16 minutes), Greetsiel (24 minutes), and Dornumersiel (25 minutes) are just a short drive away. Norddeich features a swimming beach, a heated seawater pool (Ocean Wave), a surf school, a mini-golf course, a seal sanctuary, and a large harbour from which you can reach the beautiful islands of Norderney and Juist. The area around Norden also invites you to go on bike rides through the East Frisian countryside with its numerous bike paths and dirt roads. The pretty, idyllic city centre area of Norden can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The nearest supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Combi) are within a 5-minute drive. There is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, doctors, and pharmacies. Market day is every Saturday and Monday.
