About this property

Cozy, family-friendly apartments near the beach in a quiet location

Our house is located in a very quiet residential area in the heart of the north dike and is characterized above all by its central location. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and the port.

The Norddeich Mole station marks the end of the rail network. It is located in the port of Norddeich. From here you can take the ferries to the East Frisian islands of Norderney and Juist in a short time. Especially the island of Norderney, which can also be seen from the mainland like Juist, is a very popular destination for day trips.

In addition, the seal breeding station and the Ocean Wave water park with an adjacent water park are 200 meters away. Doctors, pharmacy and a net market are within 500m. The city of Norden with many shops and restaurants is only 2 km away.

Our spacious, family-friendly apartment Seerose is 56 m² in size and can accommodate 2 - 4 people. It is equipped with a large living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and a large sofa bed as 3rd and 4th Bed in the living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.
Since August 2016, the apartment SEEROSE has also had a newly built "high terrace" with seating (smoking area) on the top stair platform that has been expanded for this purpose.

A very good, free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. We are also happy to provide a travel cot for small children free of charge.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Yalcin. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sauber. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor allem die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Yalcin ist außergewöhnlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, fie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und auf sehr angenehme Weise. Sehr schöner Spontan-Urlaub

Die FeWo war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß in knapp 20 min. zum Strand laufen und mit dem Auto erreicht man auch gut einige schöne Ausflugsziele.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Norddeich verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss, war top, sehr sauber und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Die Vermieter (wohnen im Erdgeschoss des gleichen Hauses) waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn wieder einmal Norddeich als Ziel ansteht, würden wir hier erneut buchen.

Tolle Lage, super hilfsbereite Vermieter

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren kleinen Kindern (1,3) in der Wohnung "Seerose" und konnten Norddeich und Umgebung genießen. Die Wohnung liegt gut, um den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Familie Yalcin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Norddeich!
