The 74 m² space can accommodate up to five people. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.60 m & 1.90 m), a small study, and a sleeper sofa (1.20 m) in the living area, as well as two modern bathrooms, ensure your comfort: One on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, and one on the upper floor with a bathtub and toilet. The study is also ideal as a quiet retreat for reading or working.

The fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, the private sauna, and a spacious terrace with patio furniture make your stay especially pleasant. The 21-kilometer-long biking and hiking trail around Lake Partwitz passes just 50 metres behind the house, and three swimming spots with sandy beaches are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 metres). Just a twelve-minute walk from the house is a large equestrian centre that includes an Italian restaurant.

In Area SO3—that is, in the surrounding area—additional houses will be built in the coming months. As a result, there may be construction activity during the day. Please keep this in mind when booking.
