All furniture, bedding, and tableware are new. The apartment features a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, new TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi included. Double bedroom and convertible sofa, fully equipped. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bicycle storage available.
The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and very functional. Its ground-floor location makes access easy, and the layout is well designed. Large bay windows open onto a lovely 13 m² curved terrace. All equipment, including furniture, tableware, and bedding, is new.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, terrace, and parking. Check-in and check-out are handled by your co-host, who lives 5 minutes from the residence.
Non-smoking apartment, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted; the residence is quiet—please respect the peace of the premises.
