With two spacious rooms, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, and a private washing machine, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to its central location, public transport, shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Pets and families are always welcome!



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Self-check-in is available via a key box. Parties or events are not permitted; quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Before departure, please dispose of all trash, switch off all appliances, return the keys, and lock the apartment. Please also wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
