Die Ferienwohnung war ansprechend und gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, das Bett war hervorragend (sehr gute Matratze). Die Lage mitten im Villenviertel war auch gut, da man so wohl das Burschenschaftsdenkmal als auch die Innenstadt in circa einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Nachts war es absolut still um das Haus herum, und auch bei geöffneten Fenster konnte man überhaupt keine Geräusche hören. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
