This stylish apartment is located in a high-quality addition built in 2021, which blends harmoniously with a charming, historic harbour house. Spanning approximately 30 square metres, you’ll enjoy a lovingly and modernly furnished space—ideal for couples seeking a relaxing getaway by the North Sea.

A separate bedroom ensures peaceful nights, while the bright living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa can accommodate up to four people if needed. However, the apartment is optimally designed for two people.

The private terrace on the west side invites you to relax and wind down at the end of the day: Enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine while looking out over the spacious, well-maintained garden, which is shared with other residents.

Right outside your door, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, bars, small shops, and museums—all within easy walking distance. The location combines the lively atmosphere of the harbour with pleasant tranquility.

The beach is within walking distance—a particularly beautiful path along the water makes even the walk there an experience.

🚌 Local Transport
A bus stop is located right next to the accommodation. With the Service Card (visitor’s tax), you can use the buses for as little as 1 € per trip—ideal for comfortably exploring the surrounding area.

The accommodation naturally include Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. A private parking space is also available. If needed, we’ll be happy to provide an extra bed, including children’s bedding.

Please note that the city of Wittmund charges a visitor’s tax for your stay.
During the high season (March 15 – January 6 of the following year), this tax is €3.00 per night for adults and €1.50 for children ages 4–15.
During the off-season (January 7 – March 14), the tourist tax is €1.50 per night for adults; children up to age 15 are exempt from the tourist tax during this period.
