As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by the bright, light-filled living and dining area with its large glass front, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A comfortable leather sofa set invites you to relax, while the dining table offers space for shared meals and social evenings. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living area and offers everything you need for a carefree stay. A small hallway with a coat rack leads to the modern bathroom, which features a spacious, walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. You reach them via a typical, somewhat steeper wooden staircase, as is characteristic of Nurdach houses. On cooler days, the responsive central heating ensures pleasant temperatures. In addition, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Outside, you’ll find a spacious, secluded garden with a sunny southwest-facing orientation—ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying cosy barbecue evenings. Two terraces offer the perfect outdoor space at any time of day. A garden shed provides additional storage space, for example, for bicycles or recreational equipment. The private parking space is located right next to the house and allows for convenient access to the garden. The charming holiday town of Hüde on Lake Dümmersee invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with its idyllic atmosphere and proximity to nature. This small town offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. For your daily needs, you’ll find a local bakery as well as an organic and farm shop with regional products. For larger shopping trips, the nearby towns of Lembruch and Lemförde are easily accessible, where you’ll find numerous supermarkets and discount stores. Hüde also has plenty to offer in terms of cuisine: In addition to the bakery, you’ll find a small fish stand, a cosy ice cream parlour, a farm café with a delicious Sunday brunch, and several restaurants where you can enjoy regional specialities. Right on Lake Dümmersee, you’ll find numerous recreational activities for the whole family.
