Perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends, you can enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace and a games room equipped with a pool table and table football.



On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table for 16 people, opening directly onto a spacious terrace with mountain views and a barbecue. Two bedrooms have 140x190 cm beds, and one bedroom has 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed. A bathroom and separate WC complete this level.



Upstairs, the living room opens onto a large games room with pool table and table football. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another has a 140x190 cm bed, and a third has bunk beds. There is also a bathroom and separate WC on this floor.



The large garden is fully enclosed, and a garage is available.



Bed linen (sheets and towels) is not provided, and cleaning is not included. However, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras for an additional fee.
