Lieblose, veraltete Wohnung in guter Lage
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren mehrmals im Jahr zu Gast in Duhnen und habe daher einen guten Überblick über Ferienunterkünfte in dieser Ecke. Diese Wohnung gehört leider zu den schlechteren. Es ist ganz offensichtlich, dass schon lange nicht mehr ernsthaft in die Wohnung investiert wird. Schranktüren fehlen teilweise, die Küche ist sehr veraltet. Das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett hat kein Fenster und kühlt nicht gut ab. Besonders negativ fiel eine der Matratzen auf, die mit ekelhaften Flecken versehen war. Man fragt sich, wie man sowas guten Gewissens vermieten kann.Positiv ist die Lage der Wohnung zu bewerten. Auch der Pool im Haus ist klasse, allerdings gibt es hier ziemlich merkwürdige Regeln für Kinder. Diese dürfen zu bestimmten Zeiten nicht in den Pool. Einfach nur albern.

Bis auf die Sauberkeit und das an Dusche Mischer nicht funktioniert hat,Küchengeschirr schmutzig war,schmutzige Wäsche vom Vormieter unterm Bett lag,kein Hausmeister vor Ort war um Mängel zu beseitigen,Aschenbecher vor Haustür überfüllt. Denk das 60 Euro für Wohnungsreinigung zumal nichts gemacht war stark überteuert ist. Lage von Wohnung war gut,nur die Sauberkeit war erschreckend.
