3 rooms, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, Wi-Fi, parking space, non-smoking apartment. Villa Sonnenschein am Meer – Apartment 2 in Cuxhaven Duhnen offers a cosy, beachfront, and light-filled holiday rental for up to four people. The apartment is located on the popular Dünenweg and stands out for its quiet setting as well as its proximity to the North Sea, the city centre, and the area’s most beautiful walking trails. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished—one of them with direct access to the shower room, which is accessible from the larger bedroom. The built-in kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare meals, big or small.
A special highlight of this apartment is the balcony, from which—just like from the master bedroom—you can enjoy a magnificent view of the North Sea and the island of Neuwerk while standing. This seaside view makes the apartment a popular retreat for guests who appreciate the proximity to the sea and long for peace and relaxation.
Small dogs are also welcome. The corresponding fee per night can be conveniently added during the online booking process under “optional services.” You also have the option to book a linen rental package—including bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels, and a shower mat—for a fee; this can also be selected directly via the “optional services” section.
