Breathtaking Mountain Views, Fully Stocked Condo, Minutes to Story Land

A vacation rental with all the comforts of home with the added benefit of a spectacular view. Equipped with linens, dinnerware, cookware and appliances. Two Large Screen TVs and Wi-Fi. Ceramic tile and carpet. Wood-stove, washer and dryer. Self check-in with keyless entry. Easy parking. No pets, firm, though there have been owner pets in the unit, if allergies are a problem please take note, thank you.

Looking to rent January through March for a ski condo? Great unit set up for a family and close to area ski resorts. Monthly credit towards propane and electricity.

Main Floor - Two private bedrooms each with their own on-suite bath. One king bed & large screen TV, One queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with service for 10, large dining room table. Wood stove and cozy seating area. Balcony overlooking Mt Washington.

Top Floor - Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One queen bed, two twin bunk beds. TV room. Laundry closet.

Sleeps 10. Check in 4 pm, check out 10 am.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains many area attractions within minutes. Story Land is a mere five minutes away, Attitash and Cranmore Ski Mountain 10 minutes away. Other nearby attractions; Scenic Train Ride in North Conway, climb Mt. Washington by car or train, national parks, hiking, kayaking, cross-country or downhill skiing, swimming lakes or rivers, zip-lining, alpine slides, miniature golf, gondola rides, dining, shopping, snowmobiling, 9 and 18 hole golf courses, scenic drives.

Great ski rental

The rental was just what we were looking for. It was perfect for our 2 families to spend a few days. The location was great and very close to several ski resorts. It had a fantastic view and it had plenty of space.

Beautiful view

Great spot for the summer. Beautiful mountain view, quiet, away from the traffic, but close to everything. Stayed here with young children and grandparents. Everyone was happy.

The condo was very spacious and well laid out for two families of three. It was very close to Attitash and Wildcat. Beautiful views of the mountains from the house. We would stay there again.

Great location for Storyland visit

Our family, which included 5 adults and 5 kids, had a great stay in Bartlett. The condo was 5 minutes away from Storyland. The condo was clean, well stocked, and was the perfect size for our family vacation. We also visited Santa’s Village (of course) and did quite a few waterfall hikes with the grandkids. The proximity to North Conway also provided lots to do and plenty of shopping. Our host was easy to contact and was very responsive to our questions. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Perfect location to enjoy the White Mountains. Beautiful spot and quiet, but near lots to do. The unit is roomy and well stocked. With four real bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it accommodated six adults easily.

We have been renting this condo since our teens were kids and after a couple years of holding off due to COVID, we were thrilled to be back. Great location, gorgeous view, enough of everything needed, and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Wonderful!

My husband and I brought our children and grandchildren for a long weekend to enjoy the Fall season in NH. I am so pleased with this rental! It is extremely spacious yet cozy at the same time. The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed. The scenic mountain views from the patio where so beautiful it looked like a painting. We have already booked again for next summer. If you’re looking for the perfect rental, look no further.

Great Clean Space

This was a very nice clean rental. The views were amazing for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Plenty of space for me and my teenagers. The 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Communication with the owner was perfect on the one question I had. We would definitely consider this place again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 and 3.5 year olds, my parents, and my MIL. It was perfect. Great location super close to Storyland and only an hour to Santa’s village. Lots of memories made!

Great views and location!

We were in town for a wedding and it was very close to the venue along with the Kancamangus, story land and Crawford Notch. Upon arrival we were very pleased with views of the mountains and the set up of the unit! It was not the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in (food in fridge/freezer, dog hair on couches, trash in bathroom barrels). We also had a hard time connecting to Wifi, and reached out to the owner who responded 24 hours later (to be fair they are located out of state). Owner got us in touch with their son who promptly helped us resolve the issue! Overall it was a nice stay in a beautiful location! Much better then being stuck in a hotel room! Thank you!

You won’t be disappointed...

The condo was a cozy, yet roomy, place for our family’s getaway. It’s clean and well supplied with whatever you’d need to make, from morning coffee to evening strawberry shortcake. We loved the beautiful view and awesome sunsets. Emily’s directions to and about the condo were clear, and she replied quickly to our questions. Our family, from teens to grandparents, was very comfortable here!

Perfect family mountain stay

Emily sent us a message first thing in the morning with all of the information we would need for check in, it was very easy to to understand. When we drove up to the property we were very happy. It was a beautiful area on a mountain, we have never seen such beautiful stars at night, we could even see the milky way. The view from the deck was better than pictured, it w the s breathtaking. It was perfect for being out in the mountains and close enough to Conway to go places when we needed to. The house itself was really nice it was very spacious, enough room for all of us to spread out. The kids especially love the little upstairs den. The house was stocked with all the essentials needed and had a dishwasher so cleanup was easy. This was a little slice of heaven for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family. Would highly recommend to others.

Amazing view

House was perfect for us, bedrooms good size. It did get hot, there’s no AC but cooled down at night. It says no pets, but there were animals in the house at some point. One of our friends has pet allergies, so made his stay a bit less enjoyable. The view is amazing! Overall, was a good stay.

Quick Holiday Getaway

Initially we felt that it was outdated, but for the price and the view we loved the location! We only used the first floor but there was plenty of room if we had brought all our kids or another couple. We loved sitting out on the back deck enjoying the quiet Mountain View.
