Enjoy your holiday in a spacious 71 m² apartment (2nd floor) with a northwest-facing balcony. The light-filled living room features a cosy sofa area, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The dining area comfortably seats four people for a feast. The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped for your holiday needs. It includes an oven and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is plenty of dishes and silverware available. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. The large bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds and a spacious closet. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a glass partition and a sauna.
The apartment comes with a private parking space under the building.

Wir waren waren scho...

Wir waren waren schon mehrere Male in der Wohnung. Mit Hund und 2 Kindern optimal von der Lage und Größe. Wir müssen allerdings sagen, was wir dieses Mal nicht so ganz zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit waren. Allerdings nichts, was man selber schnell in Ordnung bringen konnte. Wir waren es von Bünning gewohnt, dass bei der Ankunft in der Wohnnung ein Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch steht mit Küchenutensilien und einer Flasche Prosecco. Nach einem Anruf wurde der Karton nachgeliefert, allerdings nur mit den Küchenutensilien. Schade! Vielleicht gab es da jetzt eine Änderung im letzten Jahr. Leider mussten wir auch feststellen, dass die Hundepauschale von 20 Euro für den gesamten Aufenthalt auf 12 Euro pro Tag ab Januar’26 angehoben wurde, wofür die Fa. Bünning aber nicht verantwortlich ist. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Es ist schon fast wie ein nach Hause kommen. Fam Schmidt

Tolle Zeit

Eine super schöne Wohnung . Endlich mal eine Wohnung wo genug Geschirr und Besteck ist . Es fehlte an nichts . Wir haben uns zuhause gefühlt . Eine Sonnenliege wäre noch toll aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Familenurlaub mit Hund

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung mit der tollen Lage sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Möbelstücke sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das erweckt leicht den Eindruck das es für Hundebesitzer ausreichen sollte. Ein paar neue Essplatzstühle machen das Verweilen mit dem traumhaften Ausblick sicher noch attrakiver. Wir buchen seit Jahren Wohnungen über die Agentur Bünning, und sind sehr zufrieden!

Immer wieder schön .

Wohnung ist total in Ordnung . Großes Manko ist leider der Fernseher ohne Internetanschluss. Deswegen kann man keine Mediathek aufrufen , und nichts streamen . YouTube etc .

Seit 8 Jahren unser Wunschurlaub

Die Wohnung ist seit 8 Jahren unser Wunschurlaub geworden. Wir verbringen 4-6 Wochen jährlich dort. Der Blick, die Ausstattung ist für uns ideal, sodass wir mit unserem Haustier immer einen schönen Urlaub verbringen dürfen. Sicher gibt es die Kleinigkeiten. Kopfkissen o.ä. die nicht für uns geeignet sind, wenn man das weiß, bringt man sein eigenes mit. Es ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Nivaeu. Die Wohnung ist immer sauber, hell und einladend. Das Kochen bei den bodentiefen Fenster mit IMMER Ostseeblick ist eine Freude. Wir genießen jedes Jahr unsere Zeit dort und hoffen, dass uns die Eigentümer diese Wohnung noch lange zu Verfügung stellen. Vielen Dank also an die ET und das Bünning Team!

Die Wohnung ist sehr...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles sauber. Das Highlight ist die Sauna im Bad und der wunderschöne Balkon mit tollem Ostseeblick. Was so gar nicht zu dieser wunderschönen Wohnung passt sind die Kopfkissen und Matratzen. Wir drei Erwachsenen hatten schon nach der ersten Nacht starke Nacken -und Rückenschmerzen und das den ganzen Urlaub. Das ist dann keine Erholung. Die müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich super schön!

Osterurlaub

Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal in der Wohnung. Wir fühlen uns so wohl, dass wir erneut für ’26 gebucht haben .Die Wohnung ist perfekt mit Kindern und Hund. Dieses Jahr wurden wir überrascht mit neuen Flur und Wohnzimmermöbeln. Die Nähe zum Hundestrand ist für uns perfekt. Auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter, kann man es sehr gut aushalten, besonders durch die vorhandene Sauna. Bis zum nächsten Jahr
