In this little oasis on the Baltic Sea, the beach isn’t just your neighbour—it’s also quick and easy to reach via a short walk (through the building).

This charming 2-room apartment is located in a building complex right on the Großenbrodener beach promenade and offers a tasteful retreat for relaxing holiday days, after a day in the sun.

Located on the mezzanine level, the apartment was extensively renovated in 2021 and has been lovingly maintained by the owners. Not only the new flooring (vinyl) and the updated, modernised floor plan, but also the new built-in kitchen and the stylish new bathroom offer very contemporary comfort!

Adjacent to the living area is the sheltered loggia, where you can enjoy many hours of sunshine.

The bright bedroom is easily accessible through two sliding doors and offers space for the spacious closet and the large double bed.

The shower and toilet are conveniently separated from each other, so there’s no morning rush in the bathroom
