The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a sunny east-facing balcony—ideal for a relaxing breakfast in the morning sun. The bright living area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa corner, smart TV, Denon soundbar, games, and a wood-burning stove. Thanks to high-speed fiber-optic internet, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally fast and stable connection throughout the entire apartment—perfect for streaming, working from home, or planning your holiday.

The modern, open-concept kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering: In addition to a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, you’ll also find plenty of dishes, cutlery, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher—everything you need for a great holiday.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an additional flat-screen TV. The children’s room has a practical bunk bed that can be pulled out—ideal for up to two children or even teenagers. For the youngest guests, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.
A special highlight is the spacious spa bathroom: look forward to your private sauna, a whirlpool, and a modern shower. A washing machine is also available—perfect for longer stays.
A private parking space at the house is included. In addition, a water softener in the house ensures a pleasant shower experience.

If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
