Spanning 35 m², this charming 2-room apartment awaits you on the mezzanine level of a stylish villa dating back to 1906, which was sensitively modernised in 2020. Here, history and contemporary comfort blend to create a truly special, cosy atmosphere.

The moment you walk in, you’ll feel the relaxed ease of your holiday: A cosy living area with a sofa and armchair invites you to settle in and unwind, while a TV with international channels, Wi-Fi, and a radio provide entertainment. The pleasant warmth of the gas heating makes the apartment a comfortable retreat all year round—whether for a summer getaway or a winter break.

The compact, well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for little moments of enjoyment: from morning coffee from the coffee maker to a relaxed dinner. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, a toaster, and a kettle are all provided. And if you’d like to treat yourself, start your day in a relaxed way with breakfast at the nearby café.

The bathroom is functional and comfortably equipped with a shower and toilet—ideal for a refreshing start to the day or a soothing break after a walk on the beach.

A private parking spot at the building can be booked for €10.00 per day, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. Please just let us know if you need one so we can reserve it for you. Families are warmly welcome—a cot and high chair can also be easily added to your reservation. As a non-smoking apartment, it also offers a fresh and pleasant living atmosphere.
