Holiday Apartment 101 in the Atlantik building is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Atlantik” building and, with its 67 m² of living space, invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday right by the pier. The apartment features a combined living and dining area, a modern built-in kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy the sunshine on the furnished, south-facing balcony. The beach and the pier are just 50 metres away.

In the living area of the holiday apartment, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system guarantee you relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi access is available to you free of charge. The dining area serves as the connecting space between the living area and the kitchen. Here, you’ll have plenty of room for your meals together.

The modern kitchenette is very well equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.

The first bedroom in the holiday rental is furnished with a double bed, a large built-in closet (where you’ll find an ironing board and iron), a wardrobe, and a TV. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your holiday luggage. The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Here, too, a wardrobe provides storage space. The sleeper sofa in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 additional people in just a few simple steps. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with curtains, drapes, and pleated blinds for privacy or to block out light.

In the shower room, you’ll find storage space in the vanity for your toiletries. The lighted mirror gives the bathroom a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment has tiled floors. A rug in front of the couch and designer flooring in the bedrooms add a cosy touch to the living and sleeping areas. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The exclusive Haus Atlantik, which has an lift, is situated in a prime location on the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the building’s basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is located in the underground car park. Parking space No. 9 in the underground garage (max. height 1.80 m) is included with the holiday apartment.

The exclusive Atlantik apartment building is located directly on the pier and the beautiful beach promenade of Kühlungsborn. The beach is only 50 m away. The well-maintained courtyard of the apartment building invites you to linger. You can access the holiday apartments via the stairs or by lift. The Atlantik building offers a lockable bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Each holiday apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted car dimensions and weight limits:
