Holiday Rental AdH/03 at the “Auf den Höfen” complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

Well-appointed and modern, the 33 m² Apartment No. 3 is located on the ground floor. It features a living/dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

The living area, which includes an integrated dining area, is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with two mattresses and a wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a screen door. The bedroom has carpeted floors, while the living/dining room has solid wood floorboards.

The tiled bathroom, which includes a toilet and a walk-in shower, features a sink with a worktop and a rolling shelf.

General Wi-Fi access is free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. A bicycle parking area is available for bicycles. The sauna can be used year-round for a fee.

This self-contained holiday complex is an idyllic, green oasis that stands out from many other holiday complexes in Kühlungsborn thanks to its unique character. The Baltic Sea is about a 20-minute walk away through the city forest. The lush courtyard complex offers a variety of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The table tennis table is also available for use during the summer months. The outdoor pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment in the immediate vicinity of the complex.

With 18 holiday apartments, a selection of 2- and 3-room apartments for up to 5 people. Pets are allowed in some of the holiday apartments. Many of the holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each holiday apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge (subject to availability).
