Holiday Apartment 11 in Building 4 of the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn is a one-room apartment that accommodates up to 2 people and a dog.

In this cosy and light-filled one-room holiday apartment, you and up to 2 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday near the beach. The 33 m² of living space is divided into a living area, a small kitchen, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the furnished north-facing balcony. The fine-sand beach and the beach promenade are just 50 metres away.

In the living area of the holiday rental, a table with wicker chairs and a flat-screen TV invite you to gather together and enjoy meals as a group. A wardrobe provides storage space for your holiday luggage.

The bright, country-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a portable 2-burner cooktop. Useful small appliances such as a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are, of course, also available for your use.

The sleeping area of the holiday rental is located in a window-enclosed alcove. A comfortable double bed invites you to enjoy restful nights here. A small nightstand offers storage space. All windows in the apartment have pleated blinds and curtains, which you can use for privacy or to block out light.

The naturally lit bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The vanity provides storage space for your toiletries. An illuminated mirror, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer round out the bathroom. A pleated blind is installed on the window for privacy. Porcelain tiles are laid throughout the apartment. A rug in the dining area adds a touch of cosiness. Direct access to the adjacent city forest makes this an ideal place to stay with pets.

You can safely store your own or rented bicycles in the bike storage room. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.

You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of typical seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The centre of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several holiday apartments. All holiday apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or lift.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment directly at the apartment complex.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex, Dünenschloss apartment complex, built in 2005, offers a wide variety of holiday apartments, including a generous selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-room units for up to 6 people. Pets are allowed in some of the holiday apartments. Many of the holiday apartments feature a lake view or partial lake view, as well as a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each holiday apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
