The HaP/12 holiday apartment in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Here, you’ll stay in a 42-square-meter space on the ground floor of the building in Kühlungsborn-West. You’ll find a cosy living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine while having breakfast. The white sandy beach, just 50 metres away, is also worth a visit.

The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a radio, and free Wi-Fi. The balcony, located on the mezzanine level, is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. The living area also features a dining table for 4 people.

The open kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features a 4-burner hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Of course, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker are also available for your use. A storage closet across from the kitchenette offers ample space for your travel essentials.

In the bright bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. You can store your clothes in the closet. Curtains are installed on all windows to block out the light.

The modern bathroom with shower and toilet features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Laminate flooring has been installed in the living room, entryway, and bedroom areas of the apartment; the bathroom is tiled.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment includes a nearby outdoor parking space. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the building’s bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the common areas.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
