eigentlich gut mit Abzügen in der "B-Note"

Die Whg. ist schön und für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Bis auf etwas Schwarzschimmel in der betagten Dusche war auch alles sauber. Der angepriesene große Kleiderschrank ist nur bedingt nutzbar. Ein Drittel war abgeschlossen, ein Drittel war mit Wechselbetten belegt. Daraus folgend war nur ein Drittel voll nutzbar. Den Teil mit den Betten haben wir ausgeräumt, so dass die Couch im Schlafzimmer nicht mehr nutzbar war. Das angepriesene W-LAN kann man getrost vergessen, da die Leistung nicht wahrnehmbar ist. Statt einer Geschirrspülmaschine gibt es eine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Dafür lagen zwei Geschirrspül-Tabs auf der Spüle, anstatt sinnvollerweise eine Flasche Handspülmittel. Finde den Fehler ;-))) Geschirrtücher waren auch nicht vorhanden. Wir wissen nicht, ob diese im "Wäschepaket" beinhaltet gewesen wären, da wir darauf verzichtet haben und unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht haben. Als wir unsere Fahrräder im Schuppen unterbringen wollten, mussten wir erst mal die Fahrradsammlung (vermutlich der Eigentümer) so anordnen, dass unsere Fahrräder wenigstens ein Bisschen Platz hatten. Der eigene Stellplatz am Haus ist Gold wert. Alles in Allem ok.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Macken

Meine Verlobte und ich, haben diese Wohnung für eine Kurzurlaub gebucht und waren mit der Wohnung, der Lage und der gesamten Abwicklung soweit zufrieden. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hatte war, das in der Dusche die Silikonfugen und die Gummidüsen des Duschkopfs mit Schwarzschimmel befallen waren. Das Bett war sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Ankommen und sich Wohlfühlen, sehr angenehme Fewo.sauber, es hat an fast nichts gefehlt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Strandstrasse und an der Seebrücke. Empfehlen kann ich noch einen Wäsche Trockner , den man auf der Terrasse platziert und für die Stühle auf der Terrasse Auflagen, wo man sich dann bequem hinsetzen kann. Ansonsten alles top😎😃 sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Das Haus liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße etwas zurückgesetzt, also sehr ruhig. Eine Terrasse mit Sichtschutz lädt zum Erholen ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt die Strandstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Bäckerläden und jede Menge Geschäften. Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles, was man so braucht, vorhanden. Jede Menge Bücher und Spiele lassen auch mal einen Regentag überstehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos über eine Agentur. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub für uns.

Wunderbar- Gemütlich- Sauber- Top Lage

Wir waren vom 1.-5. Juni 2019 mit 2 Personen in Kühlungsborn. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Für 4 Personen wäre sie allerdings recht klein: es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett mit 2 Matratzen und einem Ausziehsofa. Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig aber sehr zentral. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß an der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!
