Holiday Apartment 319 at Villa Hanse in Kühlungsborn Ost is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. With an area of 99 m², it spans two floors. On the lower level, there is a dining room with an adjoining kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom. On the upper level, you’ll find another bedroom as well as the living area. The beach is about 100 metres away.

The living area of the holiday rental is located on the upper floor and offers a beautiful view of the marina; it invites you to relax with a cosy couch, an armchair, and a modern flat-screen TV. Also on the upper floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a small chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV.

On the lower level, you’ll find a large dining room with a kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. From here, you can step out onto the second balcony facing north with a view of the sea.

The first bedroom on the lower level welcomes you with a double bed and a small chest of drawers, where you’ll find space for your holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a double bed and a small chest of drawers, and there’s a flat-screen TV here as well. The curtains on the windows allow you to block out the light.

The holiday rental features a spacious, tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a guest bathroom. You’ll find plenty of shelf space for your toiletries. Vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the entire apartment. The holiday rental includes an underground parking space, No. 319 (max. height 1.70 m).

Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be locked to the bike racks. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.
The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Villa Hanse is located right next to the pier in Kühlungsborn Ost, just about 100 m from the beach. You can access the individual holiday apartments via Staircase An or Staircase B. Villa Hanse offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle parking area directly behind the building.

The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Depending on the holiday rental, either an outdoor parking space or a space in the underground garage is available to you. The underground garage spaces are intended for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres).
