The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” apartment complex in Kühlungsborn offers holiday apartments located right on the Baltic Sea beach. The Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat205, is 51 square metres and features a balcony with a side view of the sea; it accommodates 6 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment complex—on the promenade, near the marina, and by the beach in Kühlungsborn.

Amenities
The holiday rental features carpeted floors and consists of 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed—a living area with a double sofa bed, and a loggia with a side view of the sea towards the pier.
The apartment’s amenities include an open kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a hair dryer, mini-safe, iron and ironing board, a TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. We can provide a high chair and a cot upon request and for a fee—the cot can be placed in front of the closet in the bedroom.

You can rent a dressing gown for a fee from our service office upon request. The apartment includes an underground parking space in a double-parking system with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.80 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee upon request. Free Wi-Fi access is available to you.
The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” offers an lift, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
