Holiday Apartment 104 in the Meeresblick holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy holiday rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn, certified with 4 DTV stars, is located on the ground floor, on the east side of the building and features a furnished balcony with a partial view of the sea. With a size of 54 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday, featuring a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the spacious living area of the holiday rental, a comfortable double sofa bed and two leather armchairs with footstools invite you to enjoy cosy TV evenings with a modern flat-screen TV. A variety of books provide entertainment or help you unwind. You can also use the free in-unit Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed).

The adjacent kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle are also available.

In the bedroom of this holiday rental, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. There is also a second flat-screen TV here. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).

The holiday rental features a tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. You’ll find plenty of space for your toiletries on the spacious vanity. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom’s amenities. Designer flooring has been installed in the living room and bedroom.

The Haus Meeresblick, featuring an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the Kühlungsborn beach promenade. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Parking space No. 30 in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg) is included with your holiday rental.

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring real plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles that are not sports models (lowered, with spoilers, or low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
