Holiday Apartment 38 in the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people and one dog. The 90 m² apartment is located on the second floor of the Linden-Palais and is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The holiday apartment features a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room flooded with natural light, and a guest bathroom. On the two balconies, facing north and west-east, you can enjoy the sun throughout the day while taking in a fantastic view of the lake. The fine-sand beach is just 50 metres away.

In the living area, you’ll find a cosy couch, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio for your entertainment. A landline phone and the property’s free Wi-Fi are also available to you. The adjacent dining area, with a table and four chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The exclusive kitchenette is equipped with high-quality appliances: dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, 4-zone induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (80 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your luggage, and electric blinds in every room provide privacy and block out the light.

The modern bathroom with natural light features a walk-in shower and a mirror cabinet. The entire apartment has hardwood floors, and all living areas are equipped with underfloor heating for comfortable warmth. This holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can safely store your bicycles—whether you brought them with you or rented them—in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a separate room in the building.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the associated underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialities at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
