Holiday Apartment 21 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to two people.

The 42 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Linden-Palais and features a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The furnished balcony, facing southeast, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The beach is just about 50 metres away.

The living area is equipped with a cosy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a radio, making it perfect for social evenings. You can use the house’s Wi-Fi access free of charge. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The exclusive kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator, so you’ll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you for restful nights. A large closet provides ample storage space for your holiday luggage.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and tiled floors. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth throughout all living areas. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

You can safely park your car in the underground parking space. You can securely store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a separate room in the building.

All holiday apartments are easily accessible by lift and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, the Linden-Palais provides two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people.

You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a separate bicycle room in the underground car park. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to take long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialities at the Schwanen Café & Bistro.
