Spanning approximately 35 m², the apartment was completely refurbished in 2018 and features a bright, welcoming atmosphere. From the entryway, you have direct access to the modern bathroom and the open-concept kitchen area. From here, the view opens up to the light-filled living and sleeping area facing west.
The high-quality furnishings, featuring light-colored designer furniture, create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. A comfortable sofa, a dining area for up to four people, and a cozy bed invite you to relax. Thanks to the well-thought-out floor plan, you can enjoy an evening of TV from both the couch and the bed.
