Beautiful renovated typical Engadine house in the village of Ardez . Quiet, cozy atmosphere , swiss stone pine living room, large garden with seat to the southern side . Ideal for relaxing, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, Ski tours and much more. 3 minute walk to the train station of Ardez, with the course of 10 min. to Scuol with direct access to the ski resort Motta Naluns. Parking space in front of the house and the possibility to use public parking (payable) .
