Charming rustic cottage in the center of a small mountain village (Albiez the young), with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves. New fitted kitchen, Savoyard style furniture. Bathroom with bathtub. Garage for 1 vehicle and 1 place for a 2nd vehicle.
The chalet is located 5 km from the ski resort of Albiez-Montrond (15 minutes in winter). In winter you can practice downhill skiing, cross-country skiing ... Many snowshoe hikes are accessible from the chalet. And in good weather the practice of climbing via ferrata and hiking is possible near the village. A fishing pond and a swimming pool located 300m from the cottage will allow you to refresh during the summer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Il est situé dans un petit village très calme proche de la station de ski familiale d'Albiez-montrond. Nos enfants ont pu découvrir les joies de la neige et du ski.

Gîte agréable dans un village au calme

Gîte agréable bien adapté aux familles, à 10 minutes des pistes de la station familiale d'albiez montrond. Le gîte est bien équipé, des livres et jouets pour les enfants.

Le logement est convenable, mais nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que nous n'avions ni linge de lit ni linge de toilette alors que l'annonce prédisait "linge de maison compris". Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a demandé de nous adresser à la personne chargée de nous recevoir. Nous l'avons fait mais celle-ci ne nous a pas rappelé. Nous avons dormi sur les alèses des lits et oreillers.

Le chalet est charmant, avec tout ce dont on a besoin à disposition. Tout marchait bien. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de trouver la table de jardin pour prendre le petit déjeuner dehors! Proche en voiture de la station ainsi que des départs de rando (dont au moins une où il n’y a même pas besoin de voiture). Accueil et échanges avec la gérante et la propriétaire sympa et facile. Nous avons passé un charmant we entre amis au calme et au soleil!

merveilleux chalet ,excellentes vacacances,gros manque d'entretien extérieur

région superbe, super chalet mais déçu par un problème de frigo, la propriétaire communique uniquement par message tel ,et nous répond par texto qu'il suffit de le débrancher le soir et le remettre le lendemain matin, sauf qu'au dégivrage il coule , la propriétaire visiblement ne veut pas le changer malgré qu'il soit vieillissant ,dommage du manque de contact de la propriétaire. Pas d'entretien extérieur ,orties de 60 cm de hauteur,tapis de pissenlit sur toute la cour devant le garage et il pousse également dans la dallage de l'allée allant à la porte d'entrée .De grâce louez un petit peu plus cher mais faites entretenir les extérieurs l'été et communiquez de vive voix et non par texto ,ce serait tellement plus sympa.

Gezellig huis in een schitterende omgeving

Samen met onze 4 kinderen in de leeftijd 6-14 jaar hebben we genoten van de prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving van het kleine plaatsje Albiez le Jeune. Daarnaast was het zwemmeertje echt lekker om in af te koelen. Even verderop is een wat groter meer. Dat was koud, maar wél heel mooi. Het huis is erg smaakvol ingericht en qua uitrusting compleet. Het houten interieur zorgt voor een authentieke sfeer. Voor de kinderen was er binnen speelgoed en zelfs de Franse strips zijn gelezen (bekeken). Minpuntje was de tuin. Er was tuinmeubilair en een BBQ, maar de begroeiing bestond uit paardenbloemen en brandnetels, wat niet zo uitnodigde om in te gaan zitten... Beheerdersechtpaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: een prima plek voor een rustige vakantie in de Franse Alpen!

Nous (2 couples) avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce chalet. Il est situé dans le charmant village d'Albiez-le-Jeune, à 10 minutes en voiture de la station de ski de piste Albiez-Montrond. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié tout l'équipement disponible, en particulier dans la cuisine. Nous avons pu découvrir la station d'Albiez-Montrond qui est charmante. Je n'hésiterai pas à louer de nouveau ce chalet pour un week-end!

Très bon séjour en Maurienne

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour en famille dans ce chalet très bien équipé aussi bien pour nos enfants de 7,4 et 1 an ( jeux , livres , coloriages...) que pour les grands ( accessoires cuisine, machine à laver, TV , DVD, livres, jeux, et très bonne literie).Le chalet est situé dans un charmant village avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes , bien exposé , au calme et avec un accès direct à de belles randonnées . La station d'Albiez -Montrond est accessible facilement à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous y retournerons certainement en été pour profiter du lac et des randonnées ...

Charmant chalet tout confort

Contacts avec la propriétaire et les voisins extrêmement agréables. A part, un léger souci de fermeture de porte qui a dû être réglé depuis, nous n'avons connu que des moments agréables dans ce chalet bien équipé. Des sentiers de randonnées (dont un menant sur une colline dont la vue est incroyable) partent de la location. La station est à 10 mn, bref, je conseille cette location

Chalet assez confortable pour 2 couples 2 ados et 1 bébé. Le village est calme et le magasin d'artisanat est incontournable. Quand à la station c'est exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Merci
