The owner lives in the village and will be happy to advise you.<br><br>Oréades 1 is an apartment for 6/7 people, on the 1st floor (3 steps to access the apartment), facing West/East, total area 55m² + large balcony/terrace. Access by tarmac road 50m. <br>Apartment equipped with all comforts: wifi (basic), television, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, individual electric heating, carpeting in the bedrooms.<br><br>KITCHEN: west facing, surface area 7m², 1 window, open kitchen, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue set, raclette machine, casserole dish, food processor, household utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
