Great Location

The location was perfect - a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bustle of Pearl Street, yet a quiet place to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, and I appreciated an early check-in. I wish I could have stay longer!

Great location

Ease of walking around downtown Boulder is why we choose this condo. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything if we wanted too. The patio was great too!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was great, very close to Pearl St. The unit had everything we needed and the deck was nice. Someone suggested in a previous review to provide a luggage rack or space in the closet for guests luggage and I would have to agree. Overall our stay was very nice.

Good Boulder Stay

First the property was CLEAN. It passed the white sock test and in general everything appeared clean. Second, this was a great location in Boulder. The unit is small but comfortable. Just about 2 blocks from the pedestrian area of Pearl Street. Lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a short walk to the Boulder Creek multiuser trail and there are many hiking trails close by in the area. Joanna was very responsive to inquiries and outfitted the kitchen so we were able to cook our meals in. When we alerted her to the burned out light in the kitchen, she was in to check it out and replace it. For folks with mobility issues, there are 21 steps to climb to the unit plus another 7 or 8 in the walkway up to the steps. The laundry is down in the carport in the back. As you face the wall, it is the door on the right. The lock is rather tricky so it might seem you have the wrong door. Just don’t jam the key in. It was 2.75 to wash and 2 to dry (60 minutes) so bring your quarters.

Only problem was we couldn’t stay longer

This is a great condo. The location is perfect- just block to Pearl Street and easy access to major roads to get to the wilderness. We stayed here after a couple weeks traveling around the state- the patio was amazing to relax. Enjoyed the extras- fluffy towels, comfortable sheets, and heat/ac units in living room and bedroom. Highly recommend. Very clean.

Great Location

Super convenient apartment in a great location. We had all that we needed for a great week in Boulder. The washer and dryer onsite are not in the apartment and are pay to play. They were hard to find but the owner was patient and texted back and forth with me until I found the place. The owner also let us check in early and was super responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this rental.

The location is great but the place is pretty basic. Furniture is old and worn, bed not comfy, and coffee plunger needs to be tossed. The plus is that you can walk to pearl st and everything else is a few mins drive away.

The apartment was in a great location. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot (98 degrees in Boulder that week) and the fans were inadequate to make it comfortable.

A delightful experience!

The property was exactly as depicted, and everything was very much in order. Although I did little cooking, the kitchen was a chef's delight! So relaxing! My only suggestions would be to include a luggage rack (so my suitcase could be easier to access), and to have more detailed instructions about using the TV (the number of remote controls was baffling, and what worked best were the manual controls on the side of the TV).

Nice place in great location

This was our second stay here, and our positive review from one year ago in May 2022 remains accurate. Since then, the kitchen appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink) are new, as is the bathroom sink; the large countertop between the kitchen and living area is gone (much less counter space now); and the work desk has been replaced. It would be helpful if a coffee table could be added in front of the couch, especially without the now-removed countertop. As before, would stay again.

Great location and value

We had a bit of a glitch at check in, but Joanna handled it promptly, professionally and to our satisfaction. She is a responsive and attentive host. The location is perfect — just a few blocks to Pearl Street Mall, and has one covered parking space. As others have noted (and as the description says), this is a second floor condo, so one must be able to manage two flights of steps. (No issue for us, just flagging it.). The unit itself is small and a bit basic, but perfectly comfortable and well-equipped. The balcony is delightful. In all, it is a small, comfortable condo in an amazing location, for a good value, with a professional, responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

Like staying in someone else's dorm room

Great location, spotlessly clean, nice balcony and decent bathroom, but the person is actively living there and it's tiny (i.e., no room for suitcases in bedroom and you get a drawer in a dresser). There is a reason there is no picture of the living room - it's tiny and cluttered we kept our suitcases on the couch. Expensive given the size and generally student-like appearance. Noisy window air conditioner doesn't get cool air into the bedroom. We could have booked a hotel and gotten more space and fang suei for less money.
