Furnished with 2 twin beds (New Dreamcloud mattresses purchased 6/6/2022) and newly upgraded sleeper loveseat (sleeps 1 adult). Flatscreen TV with DishTV and high speed wireless internet. This apartment has one flight of stairs to private entrance.

Very cute little place to stay. Perfect location outside of the big city in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed to attend a concert in Denver and then hiked at RMNP. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and quick with communication. I accidentally left a personal item there and the host found it, texted me about it, and shipped it back to me promptly! Highly recommend!

Very clean and well appointd. Love the neighborhood. My only suggestion for improvement is to put a lamp on the nightstand so that you don't have to get up and turn out the light.

This apartment was the perfect size and location for my granddaughter and me as we enjoyed spending time in Colorado Springs, Boulder, Estes Park, etc. It was very clean and provided everything we could possibly need. The hosts responded quickly when I asked questions. They are on site readily available if necessary. I will definitely stay here again.

Great property with a really great location

The location and neighborhood of the property were perfect for us. Shops and good restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is suited well for 1-3 people but would get cramped pretty quickly with any more than that I think.
