Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides pleasant warmth. A TV is available in the living area. From the living area, you have direct access to the covered balcony. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates 2 additional guests.

The bedroom is a quiet place for restful nights. Here, you’ll sleep in a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. A TV in the bedroom provides additional comfort. In addition, the sleeper sofa in the living room offers sleeping accommodation for 2 more guests. This makes the apartment suitable for up to 4 people.

There is currently a construction site behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to any further requests for a rent reduction.
