Located in Saint-Chamassy, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, Le Petit Paradis offers you a peaceful 40 m² holiday home, perfect for 4 guests. You’ll enjoy a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, and a dedicated workspace for a pleasant stay.



Outside, relax in your private 1,900 m² garden, filled with flowers and trees, bordered by forest. The property features a private heated pool with a sliding cover, several outdoor dining areas, and a shaded gazebo. The pool is open from May to the end of September. Enjoy private terraces, covered or open, with no overlooking neighbors for total privacy.



On-site parking is available with several spaces. Pets are welcome (1 maximum). Events are not allowed. Video surveillance monitors the entrance and parking area.



Ideally located to explore the Périgord Noir, the house is a perfect base for visiting Sarlat, Bergerac, Périgueux, the castles of Castelnaud and Milandes, the prehistoric caves of Lascaux and Grand Roc. You can go canoeing on the Dordogne or Vézère, hike, cycle, and enjoy daily traditional markets in the region.



Bed linen and towels are not included in your booking—please bring your own. Final cleaning must be done by guests.
