Living & Comfort (113 square metres for up to 8 people): In the attic, you’ll find traditional Bavarian cosiness with plenty of wood and warm accents. Living area: Fully equipped kitchen with a rustic dining nook, cosy living room with TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bedrooms & Bathroom: 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms, a bathroom (including a washing machine), and a separate toilet for a relaxing start to your day. Pure nature—inside and out The absolute highlight: From every room (except the bathroom/toilet), you have direct access to one of the two furnished balconies, complete with a lounge area for relaxation. Here, enjoy the absolute tranquility of the south-facing slope and the unobstructed view directly into the lush greenery of the Bavarian Forest. In front of the house, a large play terrace awaits you—a paradise for children to run around while you enjoy the breathtaking view of the majestic local mountain, the Osser. The deposit is 100% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You’ll receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: plus visitor’s tax: 2.00 EUR per adult per day; 0.80 EUR per child (ages 6–16) per day -> in exchange, you will receive the digital “GUTi – Guest Card for the Lamer Winkel” Benefits included with the guest card: Guest card.
