This one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of the island of Borkum—perfect for a getaway for two (with a toddler, if desired). The town centre and beach promenade are easily accessible via a relaxing walk or bike ride. You can pick up fresh breakfast rolls right at the bakery in the resort.

High-quality furnishings in light, harmonious colours, combined with beautiful natural light, instantly create a sense of relaxation. The 34 m² living space features a cosy living/sleeping area, a separate kitchen, an elegant shower room, and a spacious entryway with a coat closet. Enjoy sunny hours on the furnished balcony with sweeping views of the pastureland as well as the Old and New Lighthouses. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the crisp North Sea air, read in peace, or wind down your day with a glass of wine.

After a day at the beach, a bike ride, or a mudflat hike, you can unwind in the bright living room with a couch and a modern TV. A dining table by the window is perfect for sharing meals together. The comfortable double bed promises restful downtime and a good night’s sleep.

Snacks for your outing or light meals can be prepared quickly and easily in the well-equipped kitchen. It features, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine (capsule-based). You’ll find nearby restaurants in the centre of Borkum and along the popular promenade with ocean views.

The elegant bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower (with a step approximately 6 cm high), toilet, sink, lighted mirror, and hair dryer, adds to the comfort of your stay.

A cot and a high chair are available for young North Sea holidaymakers.

A ping-pong table in the neighbouring house offers variety and recreational opportunities.

If you’re arriving by car, a parking space is available on the property. Bicycle storage is available. The holiday rental is located in the blue zone, where vehicles are not permitted between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. If you’re arriving by public transport, the “Campingplatz” bus stop is conveniently located just 400 metres away.

The accommodation is ideally located for leisurely bike rides—especially for trips towards Ostland, to the harbour, and through the Greune Stee Nature Reserve. The popular Upholmhof Borkum restaurant is within walking distance and offers a place to stop for a drink in the beer garden or for lunch or dinner.

“Haus Blanke Fenne” is part of the “Moby Dick” complex and is centrally located—just a few minutes from the beach and the town centre. After about a 15–20-minute walk, you’ll reach the idyllic town centre of Borkum with its cosy cafés, restaurants, and small shops.

A few minutes further on, and you’ll reach the popular beach promenade. Enjoying a coffee or tea here while taking in the sweeping view of the sea evokes that pure holiday feeling.

On the fine-sand beach, you can relax in a beach chair, take a stroll along the shore, or get active with beach sports.
