Richi Holiday Rental: This holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the modern
passive-house city villa in a central location near Jasmund National Park. The city harbour is
right nearby. The train station and the
bus station are approximately 300 m from the apartment.
Shopping and café options are available a short distance away. - With a
living area of 35 m², the holiday rental accommodates 2 people (or
one additional toddler on a rollaway bed). Amenities: - Combined living/bedroom
with a spacious LED double bed and a walk-in closet. - The apartment also features a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio, and a CD player. Free Wi-Fi is an additional service; we do not
guarantee its functionality. - The open kitchen with
a small dining area is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove and oven,
a refrigerator, a microwave/grill, a toaster, and a coffee maker. - The bathroom
features a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. - The initial set of linens
includes: bed linens + bath towel + hand towel + tea towel. These will be provided
before your arrival. - The apartment features a balcony with a view of the chalk cliffs in the
National Park and the Baltic Sea. - Your car is parked in the carport on the property
. - A lockable
storage room is available for the bicycles you bring with you. - A travel cot and high chair can be provided for
10 € each. (Laundry package/bed linens + bath towel +
hand towel for a child can be booked separately for 12 €) - Pets are not

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wertig ausgestattet, man fühlte sich gleich sehr wohl. Es wurde auch so auf liebevolle Details geachtet, wie Decken für den Balkon, Kerzen, Bücher. Sie ist sie sehr gut erreichbar, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin war stets zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Diese Wohnung hat meine absolute Empfehlung. Ein großes Lob auch an das Personal der Touristen- Information, auch sie waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
