Located in La Caunette, Languedoc-Roussillon, this authentic 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a well-equipped private kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, plus a utility room with washing machine and extra freezer. The living room features a leather sofa for three, three armchairs, flat-screen TV with video on demand, bookshelf and wood stove. Each bedroom sleeps 2 and offers ample storage. One bedroom includes a private infrared sauna for one person. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, fan and self check-in.
Outside, a private courtyard awaits with a stone dining table for 6 and a fully private pool in a fenced 700 m² garden. The outdoor area offers 6 sun loungers, a lounge set, large round dining table for 8, seating area with 2 armchairs, private barbecue and an open terrace.
Parking is available in 1 shared spot on the property or on the street. Smoking is allowed and 1 pet is welcome. Parties are not permitted.
The house is in beautiful Minervois, between limestone gorges, ideal for hiking and cycling. The cliffside village of La Caunette is 3 minutes away, the snail village of Aigne and the Cathar village of Minerve, both set on rocks in the gorges, are 5 minutes away. Olonzac, with its Tuesday morning market and supermarket, is a 10-minute drive.
