With 2500 square feet , this condo features two master suites with two other bedrooms and bathroom. The condo has two master suites with king size beds, dual sink vanities and large showers. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and is right next to the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (four beds) and is also right next to the third bathroom. There are also six twin size sleeping mats with sheets and blankets. Each bedroom has a TV. This unit will comfortably sleep 14 people.

The condo has a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a large countertop and breakfast bar with stools. There is a dining area, family room, large deck with BBQ and table and chairs. The family room has a 60' TV. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, cable TV, and WiFi internet.

Las Palmas is a fabulous family resort offering many amenities for every vacationer. Las Palmas now owns the famous Green Valley Resort. The resort features six swimming pools, two hot tubs, two water slides, and a diving board. There are also 8 basketball standards, volleyball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, table tennis, a fitness center and a children's playground.

Beautiful and spacious condo!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We had no problems checking in or out and the manager/owner was wonderful! We have been coming to this resort for years but this was our first year in this particular unit and it was probably our favorite.

Such a nice stay! I highly recommend this place and the owner was so great! The condo was honestly better than the pictures. My only suggestion would be fans in the rooms or allow the AC to go down lower. It was rather hot at night in all rooms. Other than that it was such a great vacation!

Brad was excellent. He responded very quickly when we noticed that a bathroom lights were not working by having a handyman respond to correct the problem. The condo was very spacious. Enjoyed our 3 nights.

Clean & Spacious in a Perfect Location

My friends and family were all in for Ironman weekend and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo is well stocked, clean, and large. There were 7 in my party in total with ample space for all to be very comfortable and perfect areas for gathering as well. Brad was quick to reply to any questions and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Bigger Family Unit

This unit was AWESOME! It's spacious and extremely accommodating. Everything was clean and neat. It smelled awesome, and we loved the cute beech towels provided for the kids to swim. We had family come over both nights to cook for them as we were there for a funeral, and there were plenty of places to sit between the huge kitchen table and the seats at the counter, we were able to eat together. This place is just awesome. we WILL use it again. Great place for a bigger family to stay together in comfort. Though we only had a few of us actually staying in the condo, it still accommodated the family that came to eat dinner with us. The owner was very quick to reply and it was easy to check in and out.

The condo is very spacious. The swimming towels were large, and the kids loved them. Hand soap was provided in every bathroom and even found some shampoo and conditioner. There were also fun games we found in the cupboard by the TV. It was very quiet where we were and always easy to find a parking place. We had a great time.

Beautiful Condo

This was a great property. It easily accommodated the 3 families (6 adults and 4 children, 6 months to 6 years). There are plenty of onsite activities.

Clean, comfy, funny fun!

We loved this condo at Las Palmas. So clean and comfy for the whole family. In addition. the pools, hot tubs, pickle ball courts shuffle board courts, etc., kept us entertained for hours. You need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer, as that was not supplied.

Fabulous Spacious Condo!

I booked this condo for my brother’s family. It was perfect with the two master suites which both had king size beds. My brothers family loved this condo and were very comfortable during their stay.

Nice stay

Overall a nice stay. Our second night, two families with 5 children moved in above us and they were loud day and night, but were nice when we went to ask them to stop by 10 pm. Also no hairdryer on property for 4 adult women. And a little extra lighting in the living room would help. But I would recommend to others.

Perfect

This was perfect for our family and our favorite place that we’ve stayed in Los Palmos. Beautiful view, very spacious with tall ceilings, super clean, comfortable beds. One of our favorite things was the huge, high end HDTV in the family room to watch movies on. And to top it all off, we really appreciated the property owner being so kind and responsive to our messages.
