Da während Ihres Aufenthalts keinerlei Beanstandungen oder Rückfragen an mich herangetragen wurden und auch in der Bewertung keine konkreten Kritikpunkte genannt werden, kann ich die niedrige Bewertung insbesondere hinsichtlich der Genauigkeit der Informationen und der Kommunikation leider nicht konkret einordnen. Mir ist eine offene und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit meinen Gästen sehr wichtig. Alle Informationen zum Aufenthalt und Check-in wurden Ihnen vorab übermittelt.
