A 120 m² house in Porto Heli, Ermionida, sleeping up to four, with uninterrupted views over the blue water of the Argolic Gulf. Traditional character, modern comfort, and the bay in front of you.



The open, light-filled living and dining area centers on a comfortable corner sofa, with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning throughout, and fast Wi-Fi that handles remote work and video calls without trouble. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking properly rather than just reheating.



Two separate bedrooms, both with metal bedsteads and high-quality embroidered linens. The master has a double bed and opens directly onto the balcony; the second has two single beds. There is one full bathroom, plus a separate guest WC—useful when the house is full. A washing machine is available.



The private balcony is where most of the day ends up. Outdoor furniture under blooming bougainvillea, sailboats crossing the bay, and the light changing over the water into the evening. Guests also have use of a lush shared garden, a covered veranda, and a shared parking space.



The beach is steps away and Porto Heli's center is a ten-minute walk—shops, tavernas, and the marina, with ferries to Spetses and Hydra for day trips. Airport transfers can be arranged for an extra fee.
